Getting Started
VPN Subscription Setup Guide
Follow the sequence: create an account, choose a plan, get your subscription, import it into a client, and verify the connection. Complete each step before moving on to reduce duplicate configuration and refresh issues.
Before you begin, make sure the system time and time zone are correct, and have a familiar browser ready. For your first setup, complete the entire process on one device. Once the subscription refreshes and a route connects successfully, configure the same account on other devices. vpnLe supports unlimited simultaneous devices, so you do not need to purchase a separate plan for each device.
Account Setup
Create Your Account and Save Your Login Details
vpnLe does not require an email address; a username and password are enough to create an account. Use the username to enter the user panel and the password to protect your plan, subscription and order details.
Select “Start Free” below to enter the user panel at the site root. Choose a username you plan to keep using, then set a unique password that you do not use on other sites. Check that all fields are complete before submitting. After the account is created, the page will open the account area or ask you to sign in with the credentials you just set. Do not install a client yet—the next step is to choose a plan in the same panel.
Store your username and password in a trusted password manager. You can view the subscription link again in the panel, but losing your login details can affect order management, subscription updates and support requests. Avoid staying signed in on shared devices; sign out when finished and do not let the browser save subscription-page content automatically.
If the page remains unchanged after submission, check whether the username is already in use and whether both password entries match, then follow the page instructions. Do not create multiple accounts to troubleshoot the same issue, because a plan and subscription belong only to the account that completed payment. To confirm the account status, visit the Accounts and Subscriptions section of the Support page.
Plans & Orders
Choose a Plan for Your Usage
Monthly subscriptions reset their data allowance each month on the activation date. Data packages last until used and never expire. Decide which model fits your usage pattern, then confirm the allowance.
Sign in to the user panel and open the Plans section. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB, for relatively consistent usage. Monthly data is counted from the activation date and resets each month. If you upgrade during the term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days, so confirm that the selected tier is sufficient before submitting.
For occasional or irregular use, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data remains available until used and never expires. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are measured differently, so do not compare capacity alone. Occasional users should focus on expiry rules, while regular users should also consider the monthly allowance.
After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, amount and account again. Payment supports Alipay, WeChat and USDT. Choose the method that works best for you and complete the on-screen steps. When payment is finished, return to the user panel to check the order status; do not assume the plan is active simply because the payment page closed. If the order is still processing, refresh Account Overview later. Avoid submitting the same order more than once.
vpnLe offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. The refund policy does not change the initial setup steps, but keep orders, plans and subscriptions under the same account. After purchase, do not enter server addresses manually. Get the system-generated subscription link from Account Overview instead.
Subscription Access
Copy Your Subscription from Account Overview
The subscription link delivers available routes and future updates to your client. It is an account credential, so retrieve it from the user panel and store it securely.
Once the plan is active, open Account Overview and find the Subscription section. The page may offer options such as Copy Subscription, Import to Client or View Usage. Click Copy to place the link on your clipboard. Then paste the link into the client’s subscription import page. Do not split the link or edit its characters.
The address below only illustrates what a subscription link may look like. It cannot connect to vpnLe and is not associated with a real account. In actual use, copy only the content generated for the current account in the user panel:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
If the copied content is blank, confirm that the plan is marked available, then refresh Account Overview and copy it again. If the browser blocks clipboard access, use the page’s manual copy option and select the entire link. Do not copy only the part before the question mark, and never display the full link in chats, public documents or screenshots; anyone who has it may import the subscription into another client.
A subscription is not a one-time installation file. The client uses it to read the route list and can update it later to synchronize changes. When changing devices or reinstalling a client, copy the current link from the user panel instead of restoring it from an old chat or unknown source. Once you have the subscription, import it into the client for your platform.
Platform Import
Import the Subscription into a Familiar Client
Get the client or access instructions for your platform from the user panel, then find the subscription import entry inside the client. Static installers are not provided on the marketing pages.
Windows
Import the Link with a Desktop Client
Open the Clients section in the user panel, select Windows, and obtain the vpnLe client as instructed. After installation, launch it and look for an entry such as “Subscription,” “Configuration” or “Import from Link.” Paste in the complete link copied in the previous step. Confirm and wait for the client to retrieve the route list. Region-based route names indicate that the subscription was read successfully.
If the client asks for permission to establish a system network connection, first confirm that the client came from the user panel, then follow the system prompt. After importing, do not add the same link again, or the list may contain duplicate subscriptions. To synchronize routes later, update the existing subscription.
Get the ClientmacOS
Import the Subscription and Allow Network Configuration
Select macOS in the Clients section of the user panel and obtain the compatible client using the method shown. The first launch may ask you to confirm the app source or allow a network configuration to be added. After confirming in the system dialog, open the client’s subscription manager, choose Add from Link, paste the complete subscription link and save it.
After saving, run a subscription update once and wait for region and route names to appear before opening the route selector. If you see only a blank configuration, the link may be incomplete or the subscription may not have refreshed. Return to Account Overview, copy the link again and replace the existing content. There is no need to create a new account or order.
Get the ClientAndroid
Add a Configuration in Subscription Management
Use the user panel to find how to obtain an Android client. Install and open it, then go to Subscription Management. Depending on the client, the entry may use a plus sign, clipboard symbol or “Import from URL.” Choose link import, paste the subscription, give it a recognizable name, then save and update it.
When the system establishes a connection for the first time, it will show a network permission prompt. Confirm that the imported vpnLe subscription is selected, then continue so the client can manage the device’s network path. With power-saving enabled, the system may pause the connection when the client moves to the background. For these system-setting differences, see Connection and Troubleshooting; this page does not cover device-specific options.
Get the ClientiOS
Get and Import the Client Using the Panel Instructions
Open the Clients section in the user panel, select iOS, and follow the instructions to access the compatible client. In the client, find Add Subscription or Import from Link, paste the complete link from Account Overview and save it. Refresh the subscription, confirm that the route list appears, then choose the region you want to use.
During the first connection, iOS will ask for permission to add a network configuration. Confirm it in the system dialog and return to the client. If the subscription is saved but no routes appear, update it first. If the list is still empty, delete the incomplete configuration and copy the link again from Account Overview. Do not edit the link parameters manually.
Get the ClientFirst Connection
Choose a Route and Verify Access
For the first connection, choose a region based on your destination. Avoid changing the protocol, system proxy and multiple advanced options at the same time.
After the subscription refreshes, the client will show the available routes. vpnLe covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes. Identify the primary region of the service you want to access, then choose a route from the same or a nearby region. If route names are similar, keep the client’s default protocol initially to establish a baseline before changing multiple settings.
Select a route, click Connect, and wait until the client shows Connected before opening the target service in a browser. Use a newly opened page for verification; an existing tab may retain an old session or cache. Once the target page loads normally, test the actual task, such as signing in, uploading content, streaming or using an AI tool.
If the page still does not load, disconnect the current route, connect to another route in the same region, then close and reopen the target page. If basic websites work but a specific service reports a region mismatch, return to the route list and choose an exit location that better matches the service region. Streaming and AI tools may also retain account-region settings, browser cache or an old session, so judge “route connected” and “target service using the intended region” separately.
After a successful connection, you can add frequently used routes to the client’s favorites, but keep the subscription update option available. When routes are maintained or regional choices change, updating the subscription is more reliable than manually keeping an old configuration. The process is the same on multiple devices: get the current subscription from the panel, import it, refresh the routes, choose a region and verify. Separate plans are not needed for each device.
Check the Client Status First
Confirm that the connection has completed and is not waiting for authorization, reconnecting or showing a failed subscription update.
Then Open a New Browser Page
Use a new page to access the target service, reducing interference from old cache and existing sessions.
Finally, Test the Actual Task
Verify the real use case—sign-in, search, upload or playback—instead of relying only on whether the homepage opens.
